2. Return Process

- If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, we will issue a unique store credit code via email within 2 business days of approving your return.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used to purchase any women’s clothing items on http://synerny.top/ (excluding final sale items). Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
